Masterwork Alkahest Farming Guide In TERA

In the past, if you wanted to farm masterwork alkahest you had to spam dungeons like Ebon Tower, Labyrinth of Tera and Kelsaik’s Nest. The Tera Fate of Arun update brought us a new way to farm Masterwork Alkahest. The Vanguard Initiative Reputation Store now includes a “Masterwork Alkahest Box”.

Ebon Tower is a 5-man dungeon that becomes available for entry to players at level 58. A hard mode version of the dungeon is available at level 60. This multileveled, open dungeon is full of gulas and their caiman minions, as well as labyrinthine stalkers. You’ll also face juggernauts—massive horned creatures that stomp around just waiting for a fight.

Gulas are taking out federation forces by the dozens, and now these monsters have taken over Azarel’s Labyrinth. An elite federation regiment, Kaia’s Sword, is trying to seize the labyrinth and free any prisoners, but the gulas are numerous and well entrenched. Not only will you help Kaia’s Sword with the gula problem, you’ll also uncover a dark secret about a high-ranking federation officer.

Kelsaik's Nest is a 5-man dungeon that becomes available for entry to players at level 58 and has an average item level requirement of 131. Dungeons are instanced maps that are found in various locations around the world. The creatures found within these maps tend to be harder than their average counterparts and there tend to be stronger boss BAMs that occasionally have unique mechanics to challenge players.

To get Vanguard Initiative Credits to purchase Masterwork Alkahest Boxes you have to farm the new 60-65 dailies. Each Masterwork Alkahest Box cost 200 Vanguard Initiative Credits. You can farm Vanguard Initiative Credits by doing daily solo quests, dungeons, battlegrounds and BAM killing. If you are an Elite subscriber you will receive double the amount of Vanguard Initiative Credits for completing dailies.

This is slightly derivative. But winning battlegrounds fulfills a player’s daily vanguard quest. By winning in PvP a player can net a large number of vanguard points, flat gold, and feedstock. This is especially true for the players that can win Corsair’s Stronghold multiple times.

Winning a battleground itself (or losing) will grant Bellicarium and Killing Spree credits. A player earns a lot more upon winning of course. These points are mostly used for crafting PvP gear. However, you can use the Killing Spree credits to buy Fine Niveots to sell on the broker. The conversion rate is, quite frankly, terrible. It is an option, however. Red Fine Niveots sell for an average of 900g on the broker.

But since it costs 20k Killing Spree credits it is not an incredibly viable option.  I hope it helped you in some way. I also wanted to remind you can check out our Tera cheap Gold. If you love Tera as much as we all do here at U4GM. Be sure to have a look at our Tera gold Special Offers which you could possibly need.
